Ludmila (born in 1952) and Gennady (born in 1953) Shlyaga graduated from Abramtsevskoye art college (Moscow), department of Ceramics in 1975. 
They work together for many years making different high quality ceramics from small forms to plates, wall-panno, etc. and also sculptures. Some of their work are figurative with Russian folk motives mainly, but they also make abstract compositions. 

Participated in many group and solo exhibitions. 
Works are in collections of several Museums and State Art Galleries in Russia and in private collections both in Russia and abroad (Germany, Austalia, etc.)
